Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using InstantAPI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

InstantAPI provides AI-powered text processing capabilities via a RESTful API. Services include text summarization, data extraction, translation, sentiment analysis, code generation, and text analysis. Each API call is billed at $0.50 USD.

3. Account & API Keys

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You must not share API keys with unauthorized parties. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Billing & Credits

Credits are purchased in advance and deducted per API call. Credits do not expire. Refunds are only issued for unused credits within 30 days of purchase. Failed API calls (5xx errors) are automatically refunded.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any laws; (b) generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content; (c) attempt to circumvent rate limits or security measures; (d) reverse-engineer the Service; (e) resell API access without authorization.

6. Rate Limits

The Service enforces rate limits of 100 requests per minute per API key. Exceeding these limits will result in HTTP 429 responses. Persistent abuse may result in account suspension.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. InstantAPI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with 30 days notice via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
